Ample ready-to-move housing units are available in Kharadi. The construction is of high level and does not require much maintenance still the roads as well taken care and clean. The lush green park, jogging track makes you feel light and fresh. CCTV cameras with security professionals make you feel safer. The public transport is within reach and there is no traffic problem outside and because of this reason cabs arrive at time.read more

Property prices in Kharadi are comparatively lower than nearby areas such as Viman Nagar, Koregaon Park & Kalyani Nagar. The prices are reasonable and you never have to worry about the maintenance as it is done well by the management. The roads are clean and CCTV cameras are installed which is very much necessary for the safety of the residents. It is an ideal place for youngsters as there are lots of parks, swimming pool, gym and quality built roads. Network is sometimes an issue so, yo need to be prepared about it from the beginning.read more

Kharadi is only 7.5 km away from Pune International Airport. There are shops, malls, colleges, schools and other known institutes nearby. Anyways, there are no traffic jams or mobile network issues in or outside the society. Also, the jogging tracks, green parks, gym, grocery stores and other facilities are there just inside the premises. Hence, you may not require going anywhere else. Clean roads and CCTV cameras in the society ensure complete safety and you can do evening walk without any fear. Police patrolling is also done regularly which is an additional advantage for the residents.read more
