Athibele is connecting to Hosur TN within 7 kms and Lot of Industries.It connects to Chandapura/Anekal.Water Problem may not be there Many Apartments are coming as development in spread from Chandapura/Anekal and nearby Areasread more

Industrial Area.Vehicle Traffic and Pollution. Water Logging in down Areas.Since it is Border of Tamilnadu and vehicular traffic/Check post may cause Traffic jams. Apartments are mainly dependent on Borewellsread more

Pollution is not even a factor in living here, given the reasons for development. The roads and all public places are well lit streets, and scheduled police patrolling will keep the society safe and secure.

As of November 30, 2018, we have 25 completed projects, representing 12.86 million square feet of Saleable Area, out of which our 20 completed projects in the cities of Bengaluru and Chennai accounted for 87.69% of our Saleable Area. Further, 81.88% of our total Saleable Area for completed projects were in the mid-market category and affordable housing category (with midmarket and affordable categories accounting for 48.02% and 33.86% respectively), and the remainder in the commercial and office space and luxury housing categories, as of November 30, 2018.
