The society has good construction quality with no issues of leakage or seepage. The ventilation is good and there is ample sunlight. Autos and buses are easily available. There is no traffic issue near the society. The society has all modern amenities and they are well maintained. There are no issues with water supply. Cleanliness is maintained. The lifts are well maintained. The maintenance charges are justified. The residents are cooperative and celebrate festivals together. There is enough greenery.read more

The building stands along the main road for convenient access to autos and cabs. Additionally, the bus stand is also located just half a kilometer away. The society also boasts a well-equipped kids' play area, offering recreational opportunities for families. 24hr water facilities are available, and the gym area is meticulously maintained by the society management, ensuring residents have access to quality amenities.read more
