Good things here

autos and cabs are easily available. roads are widely spread there is a bit of rain water flowing on the roads specially in the monsoon. we can expect electricity all around in the area. we can see lots of clean space and garden near our surroundings.read more

the crime rates are concerned. there is suicide case with lots of pressure in study in kota city. rooms rents are too high. local markets are but far away. schools malls coaching centre are in huge numbers.read more

this is a good area for family and students because in this area electricity is provided almost for 24 hours and there is no water shortage in this area and this area is noise free area.many malls and coaching institute are near to this area.No crime history in this area in mine knowledge.This area is also safe for girls and family in night timeread more

This is the best place for students to stay and study because this area is less crowded and water and electricity supply is provided almost everytime.And near to this property great malls and good hospitals are also there and the rent of this area is also low as compared to other.No crime history associated with this property and no water logging in the rainy season and street lights are working properly during nightread more
