Excellent place to live with your family. This is one of the few townships in Bangalore where you will find so much greenery. It has been certified by the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board. All amenities are present here. You just name it. It even has a dedicated BMTC bus stop. Movie shooting has taken place here. So, it is popular among the celebrities. Residents enjoy excellent water supply, and the surroundings are always clean, with no leakage problems in the newly constructed buildings. Additionally, there's a temple within the community that frequently hosts events and cultural programs, adding to the community's vibrancy.read more
During my time there, around 5 years ago, one major drawback was the absence of transportation facilities after 9 pm. I couldn't book cabs, and there was no bus service available. Additionally, there were no power backup facilities, which made things inconvenient at times.read more

In this society, the spacing between each block is good, and the roads within the community are well-maintained, with ample greenery. Major transportation facilities such as buses and cabs are available within a walkable distance. There are no issues with water supply or electricity for residents, and overall maintenance is excellent.read more
The major issues in this society are the high maintenance charges, water leakage problems in some flats, and the absence of a swimming pool.read more
