The major problem in our society is traffic congestion within a 1km radius, primarily caused by the railway gate near our community. Sometimes, it takes an excessive amount of time to open the gate, leading to inconvenience and wasted time for commuters. Additionally, there is a lack of greenery within the society premises. Another significant concern is the water shortage issue, particularly during the summer months.read more

Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Connectivity, like cabs and autos, is easily available if we book through Ola and Uber in the society. Power backup is available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect and dry separate waste in the society. Hospitals are available within a 1-kilometer radius from the society for emergencies. Schools are also available within the society within a 300-meter radius. Ventilation in the flats is very spacious, providing ample sunlight and fresh air.read more
Construction quality is not good; there are some minor issues in the flats, such as leakage in walls, and there are also some drainage issues in parking areas. Public transportation, like buses, is available 1 kilometer away from the society, which is very inconvenient. Cleaning of the society should be improved outside of the society. Water facility is very good and available 24/7 in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable, around 4000 rupees in the society. Cabs are available if we book Ola and Uber. Public transportation is also good on the main road, which is convenient.read more
