Good things here

The road has been built properly and the school is also available at some distance from home. The restaurant is at some distance from home where one can get to eat a lot of food. The hospital facility is also good. Taxi and rickshaw are easily available. Fruits and vegetables are available in the nearby market. We have to go some distance for groceries also.read more

There is a lot of problem here due to traffic jam. For parking also we have to park in advance on time. There is a huge crowd of people too.read more

Newly renovated. New appliances and 2 ACs, 5fans, lots of lights, and curtains. East-facing: Well-lit and ventilated. Fully furnished. <5 minutes from Lilavati Hospital, other labs, schools, market, etc. Close to Bandstand, Hill Rd, yet away from traffic, close to Coastal Rd & Sea-link (drive to Churchgate <30 minutes). Beautiful scenery with trees, shrubs, flowers, gardens, walking areas and children play areas. Peaceful, safe (24-hrs security, gated, CC cameras),. Car parking and storage available, 24 hrs water and backup power.read more

The area is fully crowded and noisy with narrow streets that can become overwhelming, particularly during busy times.
