Good things here

I feel extremely safe in night in this area . no crimes nearby . also metro station are nearby. connectivity of auto&cabs are very easy in this area . roads are great. no water logging on monsoon season . Also this area is not so much crowded. If you love peaceful environment then you will definitely love this area . overall it's good area for residence.read more

See all the things have advantages and disadvantages. but I don't think so that this area have any kind of disadvantages. only I think that this is very developing area in Gandhinagar in this days because it's near by Gift city . so in future it's very getting hard to buy a property in this area . overall it's good area for both residence and investment purpose.read more

Good things here

I feel extremely safe in the nightime in the area. No crimes in neighbourhood. Metro Station is nearby. Quality of road are good and no clogging situation during monsoons. There are many reputed educational institues near by like Pandit Dindayal Energy University, Gujarat National Law University and many others. Malls and restaurnts are also accessible in the area. There is adequate water supply and never faced water shortage.read more

Things need improvement

This area is rapidly developing so prices of the property in this area will appreciate a lot and after sometime it will be difficult to buy property in this area. This area is nearby GIFT city so as GIFT city develops we will see prices to match like GIFT city.read more
