It's good to see that the society follows all the rules, and painting is done on time, keeping everything looking fresh. Garbage disposal is handled well, and the elevator is installed and maintained properly. Maintenance overall is reliable, with no issues like termites or seepage, and the plaster is of good quality. The flats have proper ventilation, ample sunlight, and spacious rooms, which makes for a comfortable living environment. The construction quality is impressive. Security is strong with 24/7 CCTV coverage, and the security staff is attentive. The neighbors are very friendly and cooperative, adding to a sense of community. There are no issues with the one pet owner in the building, making it a peaceful place to live.read more

Metro is close also public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. Garbage collections are done on time. Flats are not at all conjested, proper ventilation is available. Structure of the buildings are perfect. Seepage and leakage issues are minimal. Society follows pet rules and society is pet friendly. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society.read more

Sometimes lifts does not work. Parking is not sufficient for all residents. there is no parking space at all. There are no festivals celebrated in the society. Rent is bit high in the society. gym, swwimming pool and club house is not available in the society.read more

The lifts are maintained in the society. There are security guards and CCTV cameras installed, ensuring good security. There is no traffic near the society, and the roads nearby are in good condition. Water is available from 9 am to 3 pm, which is sufficient.read more

No modern amenities are available in the society. There is a parking issue; parking space is limited. Autos were not available near the society; one had to walk 500 meters to find them.
