99TREEZ has deep family roots dating back to 1978, when Late Sri B.V. Bangar Raju (BE Civil) began his construction company P.N.Raju & Co in Visakhapatnam. His son, B. Chandrasekhar Raju, worked in the company from an early age after graduating as a Civil Engineer from M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore since 1990. His close association with his father and his experience executing huge scale central government projects ensured his exposure to every detail pertaining to company core values, construction, and project management which is evident in his insightful technical knowledge today. He branched out on his own further executing large scale institutional, industrial, and residential projects and renamed his legendary construction firm as 99Treez, a synergy of experience and innovation.
