Good things here

There are no crime related incidents in this locality. I feel safe here with my family. Electricity supply is good. Electricity rates are also normal. There is no problem of water shortage. There is a park nearby where lot of greenery all around and we can go for yoga and jogging. Many good tuition institutes are available nearby. School is also nearby where one can go easily. Many supermarkets and grocery stores are just a few steps away from home where all the things are easily available. Many good hospitals are at some distance from home and many vehicles are available to go there. taxi, Public transportation facility is also good. Bus are also easily available.read more

Things need improvement

One has to face a lot of traffic on the main road during morning and evening. There is no good guest house and hotel nearby. The bus service is very less here at night.read more

Playground and public parks are well maintained and clean including paid parking services. Electricity supply is good. It's surrounded by beautiful buildings. It's safer and comfortable place for a family and individuals to live alike. Residents are very cheerful and helpful.read more

No metro connectivity makes it difficult and costly to travel hassle free here. Not enough cctv installation in the area is a security lapse. Public toilet and trash cleaner isn't available which can also be a hygeine concern.read more

rajarhat Kolkata though a growing urban hub, has its downsides. the area faces frequent traffic congestion, especially during peak hours, and public transport options are limited. some parts still lack essential infrastructure, such as proper drainage and well-maintained roads. for those commuting to central kolkata, the distance can be inconvenient. while modern, many areas feel isolated due to unfinished projects and spares amenities like schools, markets, and hospital. Our locality is located on the bank of the ocean. The beautiful view of the ocean can be seen from the top of the apartment.
