Swagat City has a good social infrastructure and the construction quality of the buildings is superb. There is a separate dining area adjacent to the hall which I find very impressive. It is well-maintained.

There are many shopping malls, ATMs, schools, colleges and business hubs in the proximity of Swagat City. The only problem is the traffic congestion during the rush hours and the noise pollution as a result.
