Good things here

Society's connectivity is nice, auto cabs mil jaata hai aaram se. Roads & street lights are well maintained as municipality is taking care of that. Maintenance charges are nominal, time se garbage collect hota hai. 10 saal pehle maintenance mein issues tha, now its all good. No seepage issues as such, compared to other societies, iss society ke builder ne accha society banaya. it even survived the 2001 Gujarat earthquake, koi cracks nahi aaye the us waqt. Garden hai society mein.read more

Things need improvement

Metro is still under construcion, 10 saal se dekh raha hu metro under construction hi hai. There are no amenities like gym , swimming pool & clubhouse in society. Log har tarah ke rehte hain, kuch problem creating elements hote hi hain har jagah. Parking ka problem hai, 1 car toh parking ki jagah hai, lekin agar more than 1 car ho toh kuch flats mein dikkat hai, mera aisa dikkat nahi hai.read more
