Good things here

Such a fantastic locality with full of greenery. Markets are easily accessible and there is no history of crime and the neighbourhood. Water shortage is also not there. The street lights are placed everywhere in this locality.read more

Teghoria is well connected with major parts of kolkata through VIP Road, DUM DUM Metro Station, Salt Lake Sector V , New Town Rajarhat and Dum Dum Airport. Teghoria is known for being a calm and quiet residential area, suitable for those who prefer a peaceful environment.read more

some areas of Teghoria might be prone to waterlogging during heavy monsoon seasons. Depending on the specific location within Teghoria, there might be concerns about air or noise pollution, especially near busy roads.read more
