Good things here

There are autos, cabs, buses, and the road quality is good. Maintenance is decent with good cleaning, garbage collection, and water tank cleaning. The construction is good with no seepage, no cracks, and enough sunlight. There is a garden and a park.read more

There is no metro or railway station access. The lift is not available and issues are not solved on time. There is no children's play area, swimming pool, gym, or clubs. Interaction in the neighborhood is limited.read more

Good things here

The flat has good ventilation, with no issues of leakage or seepage. There is sufficient sunlight coming into the flat. Public transport is easily available. Cleanliness is maintained, and there is a security guard. Water is available 24/7.read more

Things need improvement

The society does not have any modern amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, or garden. Parking is allotted only to those who have purchased it; others have to park their cars outside. There is no parking available inside the society for visitors. There are no CCTV cameras in the society.read more
