There is lot traffic might occur which delays our plans so get early on travelling, roads might be under maintenance where you might need to reduce the speed, amenities like public toilets are not available even though available it might not be clean. The cost of living in Mumbai is quite high compared to other cities. Lot of pollution in the city which might be uncomfortable for some. low maintenance in the roads.
