The society is well-maintained with proper cleanliness and hygiene standards upheld. Rooms in the flats are well-ventilated, receiving ample sunlight throughout the year. Emergency exits and corridors are readily available. Facilities and amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and play area are provided within the society. The security system is robust, with security guards and CCTV cameras ensuring residents' safety. Elevators are functional and undergo timely maintenance. Parking is hassle-free with no issues reported.read more
There are no street lights on roads around the society. There is no one appointed to collect the garbage on regular basis, the residents have to dispose on their own. Cleaning people don't come regularly. Water quality is very bad we receive hard water in the society. The society is quite old and plaster is not long lasting, the society should take care of it. There is a lot of damp issues. Bachelors are restricted to use any amenities in the society. Amenities are peoperly not maintained. People staying in the society are not friendly and understanding in the society. People discriminate with bachelors and famities. Veg and non veg foods are also an issue. Society is not pet friendly. society does not allow pets.read more
