Local schools and hospitals are very near to it. The area is not congested which is very helpful for the residences. Mostly it has a fire fighting system in Seventh Grace.

Other than that, this place is well-connected with many neighbourhood localities like Chandlodiya (2.4km), Shayona City (3.5km), Vasant Nagar (1.9km) and Anand Vihar (94km). Also, the area has good connection via Jagatpur Road and Chandlodia Road. The highway connects with Gota and other parts of the city. The only airport in this place is Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport is about 15 km and the Indian Railway Network is almost 3.5 km away from this location. The closest Metro Station of Gota is Sabarmati (7km).
