Good things here
Living in our housing society is generally pleasant due to the friendly atmosphere among residents, which makes it feel like a welcoming community. Public parks are available here for walks and playing area is also available for children. Everything like Lifts, CCTV'c are well maintained. There are no issues of electric supply and water supply, flats have enough windows which caters to proper ventilation. Security here is of top notch due to which people feel safe here. Connectivity is good here because of easy accessibility to autos and cabs and proper maintenance of roads.read more

The main issue here is of parking, there are no independent spaces provided for parking which make it difficult for us, due to this, parking area seems very congested most of the times. Apart from this, there are no gym and swimming pools , i really want these should be set up here.read more

Good things here
The things which I like about this society is that elevators are installed plus the electricity and water supply is mostly regular. There are CCTV cameras and a security guard also present, and I don't have any issues with my neighbours.read more

However, there are several downsides. There are no autos or cabs available nearby, and the market is also not close. Garbage collection is not door-to-door, so I have to dump it myself, and there is no proper segregation. There is no power backup, and during the summer, there are water issues, which means I need to bring water from tankers myself. The lifts sometimes have issues, and there are seepage and termite problems, as well as plaster issues. Besides a garden, there are no other amenities. Very few owners live here, with most residents being bachelors, making it not suitable for families.read more

Good things here
The lifts are well-maintained, and efficient security with CCTV cameras installed is present. There is enough parking, and residents live harmoniously. Festivals are celebrated together. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. Public transport is easily accessible.read more

After informing the society about the cement falling from the upper floors, they replied that you have to bear the expenses for the repair yourself. Additionally, there is no swimming pool in the society, and due to the hard water supply, residents have to install an RO purifier at home.read more
