The locality is safe and all of the necessities available. There is no water shortage 24/7 water supply available. Most of the important school, malls, restaurant available in the locality. No history of crime nowadays the area is safe you and your family. Street light available most of the area. Transportation service is also good cabs, taxi, bus easily accessible.read more

Baguiati lies off the Kazi Nazrul Islam Sarani, popularly known as VIP Road, in the north eastern periphery of Kolkata. It is developing into an important commercial and trade center.
