Currently, work on the roads outside the society is in progress, and they are anticipated to be in good condition soon, alleviating any traffic issues. The society maintains cleanliness, with CCTV cameras installed for security. Residents enjoy consistent 24/7 water supply, and there are no concerns regarding leakage or seepage in our homes. The community is characterized by harmonious living, with no conflicts among residents. Maintenance charges are at a normal rate.read more

Parking space within the society is limited, leading residents to park their cars in front of the buildings. However, with an increase in the number of four-wheelers, parking space may become scarce. Maintenance is great with clean surroundings, working lifts, garbage collection, and regular water tank cleaning without high fees. This society is the best in whole Ahmedabad area. There is no issues of electricity problem in this area. There are too many street lights. For this reason, there is no kind of tension which people has to face in case of travelling in this area at night.
