Gomti nagar is a wonderful area with stunning views of the outdoors. Because of the reduced property prices, the quick growth, and the increased demand for residential homes, this area has a great potential for capital appreciation.read more

Things need improvement

The entire area is conveniently situated, with the Sharia de Mart in close proximity. Additionally, there is a park available for relaxation. Educational institutions, including schools and colleges, are nearby, while shopping malls and hospitals are located within a five-kilometer radius. Although parks are not present, restaurants and bars are within walking distance.read more

Good things here

Good place for living and working in the night time good here. Water supply is there in this area and good and well built roads are along. No problem for any or buying groceries from the shops . roads are very good maintenance and street lights are better in condition.read more

More pollution and very less Greenland and no parks near by and sometimes walking in roads cause more difficult due to air pollutants.read more
