The Magnolia housing complex is close to the Kadambogachi High School and the Bamungachi Chowmatha. Therefore, my relatives have never faced issues reaching my home. There is a small playground for children within the complex. Also, there is a small temple present. The society is quite peaceful but during Durga Puja there is much noise because of the celebrations here.read more

The area is quiet and peaceful, devoid of annoyances. The housing complex has tons of greenery and there is a pond within the complex. Markets, malls, and the busiest train and bus stops are all within a 1 to 5 minute walk. Excellent connectivity in every direction.

Because everything you could possibly need is close by, including water, food, 24 hour electricity, schools, universities, hospitals, and markets, I can say from my five years of living there that it is a good area to reside. Additionally, it is a fairly populated location, so you will see people using the streets all night long, proving that there is no need to be afraid of thieves. My neighbours were incredibly helpful where I lived, proving the kind nature of Bengalis. We have regular celebrations and Durga Pujas are celebrated with much pomp.read more

There are many excellent schools around that provide youngsters with quality education. Additionally, there are numerous excellent hospitals that provide patients with top-notch medical services.
