Live your precious life to the fullest in this elegantly furnished 3BHK flat, available for sale in Jopling Road. A major advantage of going with this property is; complete furniture is available in this house so the buyer is relieved from the stress of furnishing it from scratch. The buyer can choose to sell the furnishings as well if they please. The buyer can also chose to buy 2 basements with AC, each of 550 sq ft, at an additional asking price. It is not compulsory to buy them though. This vaastu compliant flat features modern interior decor and a stunning architectural layout. In a building of 3 floors, this apartment is located on the first floor where natural light and fresh air is plentiful. This north facing apartment comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, 1 L-shaped living cum dining area, 1 pooja room and 1 modular kitchen. The entire property is adorned with pristine marble flooring which enriches the overall charm of this flat. Even bathrooms have vitrified tiles which are very durable and soothing to look at.
