Moreover, we are fortunate to have a plethora of amenities nearby, including stationary shops, market areas, grocery stores, schools, restaurants, and even hospitals, ensuring all our needs are met within close proximity. One of the aspects I appreciate most about our society is the commitment to cleanliness and maintenance. Regular garbage collection and pest control measures are diligently carried out, contributing to a hygienic and pleasant living environment. Additionally, the maintenance costs are reasonable and affordable for all residents. Furthermore, the availability of uninterrupted water supply and electricity around the clock ensures our comfort and convenience. There have been no issues with water logging, and the security system is robust, with security guards and CCTV cameras ensuring our safety. In terms of infrastructure, I've not encountered any problems with lifts, seepage, or leakage. he sense of community here is also remarkable, with residents coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events. I am particularly grateful for the amenities available within our society, such as the gym, swimming pool, and club house, which provide ample opportunities for recreation and leisure activities. I'm glad we don't face water logging issues, thanks to the good drainage system. The maintenance services here are top-notch, with garbage disposal, pest control, and painting done promptly. I'm also relieved that we don't experience seepage or leakage problems, thanks to the quality construction. The ventilation in our society is notably better compared to others, which is a huge bonus. Additionally, the maintenance of the society is quite good, and the lift is properly maintained, with all services available on time. The construction quality is excellent, with well-ventilated flats, and all amenities are available, including a gym, swimming pool, garden, park, and playground�for�children.read more

I want the metro construction around the society to finish quickly so that the metro can start operating soon.
