There is a superb commercial office space near the road behind Fun Mall, featuring ample parking and close proximity to schools and hospitals. The public transport is also average here.read more

There are no nearby parks or metro stations, and pollution from the road is a concern. The area sees significant foot traffic due to the presence of hospitals and shops nearby. It may feel uncomfortable to the families which has children to go out like parks.read more
