While the society has good connectivity, there could still be room for improvement. Maintenance, although generally good, sometimes falls short in specific areas. The construction quality is solid, but occasional minor issues do arise. The amenities, while diverse, may not cater to all specific needs. Lastly, although the community is friendly, there can be instances where interactions are not as warm.read more

Garbage collection and lift maintenance are consistently punctual. The society is equipped with a generator for power backup, and its usage is covered within the maintenance fees. The proximity to Sonarpur railway station adds to the convenience. Nearby, residents have access to a vegetable market, grocery shop, and mall. Moreover, electricians and plumbers are readily available round the clock.read more

The road from the society to the city is quite narrow, which poses inconvenience for us. Widening the road would improve the situation. Additionally, the gym should be more spacious and upgraded to accommodate everyone properly. Furthermore, there are frequent power cuts that need to be addressed.read more

My society is 10 years old but still looks great and it's so well-maintained that nobody can say its so old by looking at it. My neighbors are very nice and friendly, always help each other in times of need. Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby, which is very convenient for me. The electricity and water supply are regular without any shortage. Modern amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are available and well-maintained in the society.read more

The issue which I face here is that the water is very hard, which damages appliances and causes hair loss problems to the society peoples. Additionally, there are some seepage issues too. Apart from this rest everything is upto mark.read more

The residents are very friendly and helpful. There is no issue with power cuts as the entire society has a backup. There is enough parking for both residents and visitors. The society has a very good sports cultureand has all modern amenities, and they are well-maintained. Water is available 24/7, and cleanliness is maintained. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. Autos are easily available from the society.read more

The connectivity of the society is very good, with the metro station just 1 km away. All public transport options are available nearby. The maintenance is also good, and I have not faced any seepage or leakage issues in Block 1 where I live. All amenities are available in the society, and the neighbors are quite helpful.read more

According to me, the society should have proper servicing of the CCTV cameras so that they function properly. Other than that, everything is going well in the society, as per my opinion.read more
