locality is good, well connected with transport, construction of Flyover is going on so bit congested and dust pollution most of the timeread more

cronic flooding problem is there even with mild shower coupled with heavy traffic jam creating huge inconvenience during monsoon seasonsread more

Good things here

The positives include the easy availability of buses and taxis. There a large number of shopping malls nearby. Also, presence of pharmacies and grocery stores helps the residents of Chandmari a lot. This place is considered to be the heart of Guwahati. Good quality of roads and lanes. A decent place to stay.read more

Things need improvement

The honking of buses and cars are a big disadvantage of this place. Accidents are frequent. Specially the bikers. Troublesome situation for the students because of the traffic. Water shortage is also a problem because of the high population.read more
