dear mem or sir no any water shortage problem in this area .same as market same electric charge per unit .dear sir 24×7 cleaning available in this area and no any pollution , so if u purchased in this area u safe your self. near many market and mall available so no any problem and tension, and Street light properly work 6 pm to 6am so easily going outside and safe ..my personal experience is good.read more
