The society provided ample parking for residents, and the residents lived together harmoniously, displaying a cooperative spirit. Cleanliness was well-maintained, and there were no reported issues with water supply. The presence of a play area for kids and a garden added to the amenities. Additionally, there were no concerns regarding leakage or seepage. The roads outside the society were also well-maintained.read more

The society was situated in a remote area, resulting in a lack of availability of autos or other public transport options. Additionally, amenities such as a gym or swimming pool were not present, and there was no indoor parking available for visitors.read more

The roads near our neighborhood were kept in good condition. Our homes didn't have any leaks or dampness. Our community even had a gym for us to use. Our neighbors were friendly and respectful, and we celebrated festivals together. We always had water, day and night, and everything was kept clean and tidyread more

Things need improvement

Getting an auto near our society was tough; we had to walk about 800 meters because our place was a bit inside. It was especially inconvenient in the evenings. We didn't have many amenities; there was no swimming pool or playground. The quality of construction wasn't very goodread more

The residents in the society were decent, and festivals were celebrated together. Cleanliness was well-maintained, and water was available 24/7. Regular maintenance ensured the lifts were in good condition, and CCTV cameras were installed for security. There were no issues with leakage or seepage. Public transport was easily accessible with passes, adding to the convenience of residents.read more

Maintenance is very poor in their society, They are facing issue of Drainage, Drainage water is getting filled in the basement, Whole Structure of society is getting spoilled because of this issue & cracks are have come on the walls of the buildings. Cleanliness is the also a major issue, We are asking for cameras in the lifts because nuisance is happening, Parking is also a issue, Someone is parking in another person's designated spot.read more

The transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of cabs and autos. Metro station is also close by. Maintenance services including the cleanliness and garbage removal are taken seriously. Elevators are installed. The construction quality of the society is also good with ventilation and space in the flats. People are decent in nature. Security system is well maintained. Parking area is available and alloted to all the users.read more
