Good things here

A peaceful green place with less crowding and traffic. It is infact a large colony with well lighting on roads and and greenery all around. A nearby park makes the place more happening for the children and also safe at nights. This area has rarely seen a power-cut in the near time. Well-maintained roads in the colony makes it more beautiful for walking, cycling, etc. A walking distance nearby supermarket has it all for the basic needs, amenities, groceries, etc. The roads are so well maintained that even in monsoon there is no water logging on roads. In terms of safety this place offers a great neighbourhood and safe environment for everyone living out there even at the night time. This place will never disappoint in terms of great living.read more

Pundag is nearby Sail City and Sai City ie. residential areas. There are Good tutors around like new Pundag there is Niranjan Classes.read more

Condition of roads are not good, numerous areas susptible to water logging. The area is a bit noisy.read more
